Here is a closer look at what's included:

  • Flexible Classes: Join from the comfort of your own home with online Zoom classes. You can choose from Tuesday’s Gentle Pilates and Thursday’s Morning Mobility or enjoy both sessions!

  • Recordings Included: Can't make it to live sessions? Don't worry, recordings are included with your booking, so you can catch up anytime.

Please note: Classes may not be suitable if you have existing injuries or conditions. Terms and conditions apply. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy, and we are unable to refund classes. All single live classes and bundles bought for this 6-week block must be used within the 6-week period from 7th January to 13th February, 2025.
