Here is a closer look at what's included:
Flexible Classes: Join from the comfort of your own home with online Zoom classes. You can choose from Tuesday’s Gentle Pilates and Thursday’s Morning Mobility or enjoy both sessions!
Recordings Included: Can't make it to live sessions? Don't worry, recordings are included with your booking, so you can catch up anytime.
Please note: Classes may not be suitable if you have existing injuries or conditions. Terms and conditions apply. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy, and we are unable to refund classes. All single live classes and bundles bought for this 6-week block must be used within the 6-week period from 7th January to 13th February, 2025.

Ready to feel stronger and more aligned? Over 6 weeks, we’ll explore posture from all angles – all fours, standing, seated, and lying down. With every class, you’ll build strength, improve your alignment, and move with more ease.

THEME: STRENGTH & STABILITY
ALL LEVELS | DYNAMIC | FOCUS
This block will focus on building a strong, stable foundation to support your everyday movements. Expect exercises that gently challenge your core, improve joint stability, and leave you feeling grounded and energised for the day ahead.
