Is Pilates for me?
Yes, absolutely! Pilates is for EVERY-BODY and will benefit you whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced mover. It can promote positive changes to your general well-being.

What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Pilates can be done in bare feet, but should you choose to wear socks please use socks with sticky sole grippers which are ideal for safety. It is also advisable to remove any dangling jewellery.

What do I need for my online class?
A Pilates or yoga mat, a pilates head cushion or thin cushion plus a block to hand. You will need to download the Zoom app onto your laptop, smartphone or iPhone/ iPad before the class.

Do you teach private sessions?
Yes, there are private one to one and duet sessions available for booking. Please contact hello@olivianewstead.com to make an enquiry.

Do you offer a pay as you go option?
Yes, pay as you go is available as a drop in fee. When you book a block in advance you get a saving of one free class.

Anything else I should know?
Prior to the class starting you will be required to fill in a health screening questionnaire. It is also advisable not to eat a heavy meal within 2 hours of the start of your class.
