Yes, absolutely! Private Pilates classes are ideal for getting the best start to your Pilates practice. We go at your pace and build up week by week. There is plenty of time for questions too.

While props may enhance your practice, they're not necessary to start.
In person sessions any props used will be provided by me. I do recommend using your own mat for your own comfort - this can be a yoga or Pilates mat. I can advise which brands are best and send you a link for these if requested.
Online sessions, I'll guide you on how to utilise props from your own home. If you prefer to purchase props, I can offer recommendations and provide convenient links for your convenience.

I am a fully qualified Pre and Postnatal Pilates teacher. Pilates is a wonderful way to help you stay active, mobile and storng. I’m here to help you feel supported physically and mentally through life's changes.

Pilates is the go-to method of rehabilitation recommended by doctors, physiotherapists and osteopaths for overall health prevention and rehabilitative purposes. I am always happy to modify with props and create the class to best serve your individual circumstances. Please always consult with your medical practitioner before taking up exercise.

Advance payment is necessary to book and confirm your classes. I ask for 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule a class. If you do reschedule, the class must be taken within a month. If less than 24 hours notice is given the class is non refundable and non transferable.
