Galentine’s Pilates Class
Thank you to everyone who joined the Galentine's Pilates Class last Sunday 13th February celebrating the importance of female friendships!

If you'd like to continue your Pilates journey then join me for the next block of Pilates classes taught live via zoom starting Feb 22nd 2022. You will be part of a supportive online community and create a weekly movement practice you love.
Together we will explore the transformative benefits Pilates can bring to the
mind and body: Increase Core strength, Flexibility, aid in joint mobility, practice stretching and balance work. Using breath-work and Mindfulness to close each class and bring a sense of calm and relaxation.
