Summer schedules can get busy when schools break for the holidays - family parties, weddings and barbecues start to take priority; so whilst you may not be able to fit in a 60 minute class these 10 mini moves will keep your mind and body feeling healthy and happy throughout the summer months!

I’m sharing my 10 essential Pilates exercises, that I use regularly. They make me feel balanced, strong and flexible for the summer. And the beauty of them is that they can be done just about anywhere! We need to move more, more often and in lots of different ways. Finding ways to fit in these 10 mini moves during the summer may be the key to encourage you to move more throughout the day.
