Move More: Your Pilates Space at Home

The wonderful thing about Pilates is that you really don’t need much to get started; just some space, yourself and a mat. Pilates exercises use mostly your own bodyweight and focus on the quality and precision of flowing movement, with the added bonus that as a workout they're low impact and quiet. Come wearing stretchy, comfortable clothes and it’s always good to have a bottle of water to hand. You can do Pilates from the comfort of your own home even in a small space.
