Plant Based Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

1 cup Unsweetened plant based milk

2 Squares dairy free dark chocolate (chopped)

1 tbsp Cocoa powder

1tbsp Sugar

Directions:

Add your plant based milk to a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Once milk is warm, add cocoa powder, chopped dark chocolate and whisk to combine. Once it has melted together take off the heat for a second and you can add the sugar and whisk until it’s dissolved.

Put it back onto a medium heat until completely combined and has reached your preferred temperature.

Taste and adjust sweetness as needed. The last step is adding in your preferred spices, some flavours I like are cinnamon and sometimes start anise. The best rich, creamy hot chocolate completely plant based and full of flavour. Stir and enjoy!
