Referral Scheme – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Pilates Referral Scheme offered by Olivia Newstead. By participating, you agree to the following:

1. Key Conditions to Redeem the Rewards

  • The referral scheme is open to current clients of Olivia Newstead.

  • To qualify, the referred friend must book and attend their first Pilates class in full.

  • The referral form must be completed with accurate details, including the referrer’s name, the friend’s name, and the friend’s email address.

  • Only one reward per referred friend is permitted.

2. Referrer Rewards

  • The referrer will receive a £5 discount on their next block booking after the referred friend has attended their first class.

  • The discount is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Multiple referrals are welcome; each qualifying referral earns one £5 discount. Discounts cannot be combined and must be applied to separate block bookings.

3. Referred Friend Rewards

  • The referred friend must use the provided referral code at the time of booking their first class.

  • The referral code is valid for new clients only and must be used within six months of issue.

4. Data Protection

  • We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

  • The information provided in the referral form (names and email addresses) will only be used to administer the referral scheme.

  • We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

5. Our Liability

  • Olivia Newstead is not liable for any technical issues, delays, or failures in the administration of the referral scheme due to events beyond our control.

  • We are not responsible for any disputes arising between the referrer and the referred friend regarding eligibility or use of the discount.

  • Our total liability in connection with the referral scheme is limited to the value of the £5 discount.

6. General

  • Olivia Newstead reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.

  • We may withhold rewards if fraudulent, misleading, or improper activity is suspected.

  • The scheme is available to UK residents only and is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • By participating, both the referrer and the referred friend agree to these Terms & Conditions.
