Once purchased, you will receive two emails in your inbox:

  • The first email, titled “ON Demand” will be a confirmation email outlining payment details and next steps. (make sure to check your junk!)

  • Reply to this email and send the full cost of the class by Paypal or bank transfer.

  • The second email, “ON Demand Order Confirmed,” will have a private link to the class purchased. Click the link and play the video.

Good to know

  • ON Demand recordings are not are not suitable for pre or post natal women, or if you are working with any injuries or health conditions. They’re designed to help support a balanced lifestyle. Please listen to your own body and go at your own pace.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Pilates can be done in bare feet, but should you choose to wear socks please use socks with sticky sole grippers which are ideal for safety.

  • Some of the classes have the option of adding small Pilates equipment such as resistance band, head cushion and small blocks however you do not need these, you can do all the routines without. I recommend you have a towel or cushion for all the routines though for extra cosiness.

  • Prices start from £6 and the video is available for up to 12 months after purchase.

  • Yes, the classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners. The beauty of ON Demand is that you can take the classes at your own pace and really listen to your body - pause the class if you need to and come back to it later. It’s completely up to you. You’ll have access to the classes for up to 12 months after purchase.
