  • The Spring Reset is a welcoming space for everyone, whether you're a seasoned Pilates pro or completely new to it. The sessions are thoughtfully designed with a focus on mindful movement and layered to accommodate all levels.

    Please note classes are not suitable for anyone working with any injuries or conditions unless specified.

  • While props may enhance your practice, they're not necessary to start. The essentials: a yoga mat, a comfy head cushion or thin pillow.

  • Your well-being is my top priority. The Spring Reset while beneficial for many, is not recommended for those who are pregnant or recently postpartum or if you are working with any injuries or conditions unless specified.

    If you’re expecting or have recently become a new mum, you can attend live online Gentle Pilates classes for pre and postnatal, or in-person postnatal classes at Fisical in Sevenoaks. Please consult your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise routine during pregnancy or postpartum.

  • Creating inclusive and accessible recipes that are both gluten and dairy-free is one of my biggest joys. Personally, having food allergies requires thoughtful ingredient selection. I love making recipes that are in tune with the seasons, ensuring each dish remains flavourful and seasonally inspired. These recipes not only cater to various dietary preferences but also promise to delight every guest you host.

  • Comfort is key! Wear clothing that allows for easy movement and relaxation. You can even join in your PJ's—whatever makes you feel most at ease as you flow through each session.
