Ingredients:
2 lemons
1 green apple
4 small cucumbers
Ginger (to taste, typically about a thumb-sized piece)
Handful of spinach leaves
1 cup pineapple chunks
Filtered water, as needed
Ice cubes (optional)
Method:
Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Juice the lemons using a citrus juicer or by squeezing them manually. Core and chop the green apple into chunks. Peel and slice the cucumbers. Peel and chop the ginger into smaller pieces. If using fresh pineapple, peel and chop it into chunks.
Juicing: Pop all the prepared pieces into the juicer or a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
