How to keep moving through pregnancy and beyond…

I'm excited to share with you all that I've recently qualified as a pre and post natal Pilates specialist. As someone who is passionate about movement and wellbeing, I'm thrilled to offer this specialised form of Pilates to women who are seeking a safe and effective way to exercise throughout their pregnancy and beyond!

Why Pre & Post Natal Pilates?

For me, Pilates has always been a way to connect with my body and prioritise my health, but delving into the world of pre and post natal Pilates has opened my eyes to a whole new world of benefits. It can help improve posture, which is especially important during pregnancy when the body is constantly changing. One of the most incredible things about pre and post natal Pilates is how it can help women cultivate a deeper connection with their bodies to find their own rhythm with movement, in a way that is both gentle and empowering.

By practicing Pilates, women can learn to find balance, which is especially important during times of change and transition. But the benefits of pre and post natal Pilates go beyond just physical health – it can also have a powerful impact on mental wellbeing. Studies show that exercise can increase the release endorphins, which can boost mood and reduce stress levels. In today's fast-paced world, taking time to focus on our well being is more important than ever.
