Join the Spring Reset 2023
I’ve been patiently waiting for spring to arrive after what seems like a never ending winter. Softly curling up to write this in a patch of sunshine, reminding myself how I’ve missed these warm rays and that they can lift my mood in an instant.
Spring is a natural season of renewal and rejuvenation, it’s an opportunity to rid yourself of the things that no longer serve you and start building new habits that you’d like to take forward into Summer.
Something I have learned this year is that when changing your habits it takes time. There’s this beautiful quote I remember at this time of year.
"Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished"

So even if you haven’t made headway with your intentions for 2023 and you think you’re taking a step backwards, why not try to reframe it as a pause, in order to strengthen your next step forwards.
How I Build Healthy Habits
For me, building healthy habits started with getting to know this version of myself exactly as I am now. Being kind to my mind is one of the biggest shifts I’ve made in the last 6 months. Getting honest with myself has been a journey, but now I am able to tune into my body and listen to what she needs. Whether that’s drinking enough water, eating a gluten free brownie, moving my body or laughing with friends and family. I am able to give that to myself and I am so much happier for it.
